Nutritional Analysis Services and Urinary Iodine Concentration Testing
Dedicated to consumer protection, the Food and Nutrition Research Group provides laboratory-based analysis services related to the nutritional content of food. These services are available to both public and private sector organizations to support food registration and the development of nutrition labels in compliance with regulations set forth by the Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Additionally, the laboratory offers urinary iodine concentration tests to support public health agencies in monitoring and addressing iodine deficiency disorders across the country. These services also contribute to academic research conducted by various universities and their affiliated institutions.
The Food and Nutrition Research Group’s laboratory is known for its high-quality services, owing to its adherence to internationally recognized standard methods and the use of modern, advanced equipment.
